Absolutely. Many beginners experience challenges with equalization. During our freediving courses we teach proper equalization techniques, and we also offer dedicated Equalization Courses for freedivers who want additional support or wish to learn advanced techniques such as Frenzel and Mouthfill.

No. Our beginner courses are designed for complete beginners. If you’re comfortable in the water and able to swim, we’ll teach you everything you need to become a safe and confident freediver.

We provide all the freediving equipment you need during the course, including mask, snorkel, fins, weight belt and wetsuit if required. If you already own equipment, you’re welcome to use it.

No. You don’t need to be an athlete. Good general health and basic swimming skills are sufficient for beginner courses. Freediving is about relaxation, technique and efficiency rather than strength.
